SIMS (Structure Information Management System)
What is SIMS?
The Structure Information Management System (SIMS) Maintenance Module is used to track bridge maintenance tasks. Different groups use SIMS to support their activities.
The software allows users to enter, edit, and complete tasks through the Maintenance tab within a bridge asset. Users may also run queries and filters, manage resources and scheduling, and enter flushing tasks from the blue Maintenance tab.
Maintenance needs can also be tracked. Different maintenance tracking options are available based on the agency structure.
