Summary of work
MnDOT is planning to construct a J-turn, also known as a Reduced Conflict Intersection (RCI), at the intersection of Hwy 23 and Tiger Drive in the City of Marshall.
Traffic / Operational Impacts
During construction, travelers can anticipate lane shifts on Hwy 23 and local road closures. Work will occur in different areas of the road as crews complete the project in stages.
