ROSEVILLE, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will begin retaining wall repairs along the left side of the ramp from northbound Highway 280 to northbound Interstate 35W in Roseville on Monday, April 6. During the repairs, the ramp will be reduced to a single lane.
Construction crews will work from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, Monday through Friday. However the ramp will remain a single lane until completion of the project on Wednesday, April 29.
During the closure, motorists are advised to use alternate routes if possible to avoid congestion and delays.
MnDOT road work has been identified as a critical service in Governor Walz’s Stay at Home executive order and will continue. We are working to be as flexible as possible with scheduling during this period of lower traffic volumes to keep projects moving forward in a timely manner. Following guidance from state health officials and to prevent further spread of COVID-19, crews will maintain social distancing practices while working.
