Hwy 23 pavement work in Duluth’s Fond du Lac neighborhood starts July 25

DULUTH, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation will be starting work on Highway 23 in the Fond du Lac neighborhood of Duluth on July 25. Pavement resurfacing will occur between Perch Lake and West 5th Street. Highway 23 will be reduced to one lane controlled by a portable signal system. Work is expected to last through mid-September.
