Hwy 53 ramp closures at 21st Avenue West in Duluth
DULUTH, Minn. –– Minnesota Department of Transportation to close Highway 53 ramps at 21st Avenue West from Tuesday, May 27, through Saturday, May 31. Closures are needed for painting new piers and structures. Motorists traveling on 21st Avenue West will not be impacted.
