Public invited to learn about plans for Highway 23 in Waite Park at open house June 9
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the Waite Park community to learn about plans to update and improve Highway 23 in the Waite Park/St. Cloud area on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.
The open house will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. at the MnDOT St. Cloud Office and Training Center, 3725 12th St. N, St. Cloud. Guests will have the opportunity to visit with project staff, view design layouts and ask questions. No formal presentation is planned. Guests are welcome to come and go as they please.
MnDOT will resurface, repair and update Highway 23 between Highway 15/Stearns County Road 75/Second Street S and Crossing Drive west of I-94. Work is scheduled for 2028-2029.
