Summary of work
Multiple highways in southeast Minnesota are scheduled to be improved from 2025 to 2026. Concrete pavement repairs will improve the functionality, strength and appearance of concrete roads. The work can include patching, replacinge damaged concrete panels or repairing or sealing joints. The work takes time to remove, repair and then wait for the concrete to cure or gain sufficient strength to hold vehicle traffic.
The following roads were worked on during 2025:
- Hwy 63 from Spring Valley (Hwy 16) to the Iowa state line
- Hwy 56 from Dodge Co. Rd. 34 to West Concord (Dodge Co. Rd. 24)
- Hwy 14 between Kasson (Hwy 57) and Dodge Center (Co. Rd. 5)
The locations of 2026 work will be announced once plans are finalized.
