- Expect short-term ramp closures along Hwy 10 between Hanson Blvd. and Round Lake Blvd.

Lane closures
Sun, May 10 through Thu, May 21; 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly
- Hwy 10 is reduced to one lane in both directions between Round Lake Blvd. and Creek Meadow Dr.
About this project
Traffic levels and congestion on Hwy 10 between Hanson Blvd. (Co. Rd. 78) and Round Lake Blvd. (Co. Rd. 9) have increased at a rapid rate the past several years. The increase in congestion has also increased traffic and congestion on local roads. Adding a third lane in each direction to Hwy 10 in this area will increase traffic capacity, reduce congestion and improve safety. It will also lessen the impact to local roads. Improvements in this area also will eliminate a bottleneck and smooth traffic flow on Hwy 10 west of this area.
Summary of work
- Build additional (third) lane in each direction between Hanson Blvd. and Round Lake Blvd.
- Repave existing road within the project limits
- Build noisewalls at the following locations:
- Westbound side of Hwy 10 from Northdale Blvd. Northwest to Main St.
- Eastbound side of Hwy 10 from Main St. to Coon Creek
- Eastbound side of Hwy 10 from east of 113th Ln. Northwest to almost Creek Meadow Dr. Northwest
