Public invited to May 21 open house to learn about the Hwy 23 and Tiger Drive J-turn Project in Marshall

Willmar, Minn. – The Minnesota Department of Transportation invites the public to an open house to learn about the Hwy 23 and Tiger Drive J-turn Project in Marshall.

The public meeting will be held in-person at the Red Baron Arena & Expo in the Bluepeak Club Room at 1651 Victory Dr. in Marshall from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Attendees may stop in at any time during the scheduled hours; no formal presentation will be given.

MnDOT will share information about the planned 2028 project, which includes construction of a J-turn at the intersection of Hwy 23 and Tiger Drive in Marshall.

The project will improve traffic safety and upgrade drainage on the western portion of the intersection.
